"Refund took way too long"
I returned my Clarins order and, honestly... the refund took way longer than I expected. The tracking showed it had already arrived, but I still had to follow up to see what was going on. Customer service was polite, yeah, but they weren’t really able to help much. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but... returns and refunds should definitely be easier than this.
"My skin was not having it"
I tried this and my face got red and itchy quickly. Like, who wants their skincare to make their skin freak out? Definitely not for me.

"Good deals, uneven samples"
I mostly shop clarins.ca when there’s a promo. Discounts are decent, shipping’s been fine. Only gripe: samples are hit or miss—sometimes not what I chose, sometimes missing. Not the end of the world, but samples/gifts are part of why I order online. Products are nice, just wish the extras were more consistent.

I used clarins.ca to grab my usual cream and it was really easy. The pages loaded quickly the menu made sense and I did not have to click around forever to find what I needed.
Checkout was simple too with no confusing steps or annoying pop ups. It also looked clean on my phone which I appreciated. Overall it was a smooth experience

"I really couldn’t handle the smell..."
I really couldn’t handle the smell of this. It was so strong it gave me a headache almost right away, so I can’t even use it. I also tried reaching out about it and got transferred around, which just made the whole thing more frustrating

"Not impressed with the ingredients"
I looked at the ingredient list after I bought it and felt let down. There’s way too much fragrance and a few things my skin usually doesn’t react well to. For the price, I was expecting something a bit cleaner. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from clarins.ca again.
"Way faster than I expected"
I ordered from clarins.ca and didn’t expect it to show up so quickly, but it got here way sooner than I had planned for. The packaging was totally fine and everything arrived in good shape. I was like, okay wow, that was easy. Then suddenly I remembered how long some other sites take to ship and got annoyed all over again. But yeah, with this order, no complaints at all.

At first I was like, okay, maybe it’ll be worth the higher price if it really delivers. But honestly? No. Absolutely not. The more I thought about it, the more annoyed I got. It just feels way too expensive for what you’re actually getting.

"Feels greasy and just sits there"
I wanted to like this, but it’s just way too greasy on my skin. It feels sticky and never really absorbs, like it’s just sitting on top no matter how long I wait. I kept thinking maybe it would settle after a bit, but nope, still tacky.

"Looks nice, just a bit overpacked"
I ordered this from clarins.ca and the box did look really nice, but it felt like just a little too much packaging for such a small product. The red design makes it easy to spot, I just wish the whole thing felt less bulky and a bit more practical.

"My order never showed up"
I ordered from clarins.ca, and the delivery was supposed to arrive last week, but it still hasn’t shown up. The tracking barely changed the whole time, and when I reached out to customer service, they basically just told me to keep waiting. I’ve ordered from other beauty sites before and never had this much hassle, so this was really frustrating. i don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"Why is everything always out of stock?"
I do like some Clarins products, but shopping on the site can be so frustrating. The items I actually want are either out of stock or the shades I need are missing. I keep checking back, but nothing changes. What’s the point of finding a product you like if you can never actually buy it?

"Didn’t really help, and the terms changed"
I ordered a face cream from clarins.ca because my skin has been super dry and I was hoping it would make a difference, but it didn’t do much for me. It felt nice going on at first, but after about a week my skin was still dry and tight, so for the price I was disappointed. Shipping was okay, no real issue there, but the product itself just wasn’t worth it for me. I also found it annoying that some of the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was getting when I ordered, which made the whole thing feel even more frustrating
